Munchkin Mile Kids’ Fun Run/Walk and Toto’s Toddler Trot June 1, 2024

About The Fun Run/Toddler Trot

• The Munchkin Mile Fun Run/Walk is for children ages 12 and younger and is approximately 1 mile in length.

• Toto’s Toddler Trot, for our littlest runners, is an approximately 1/4 mile fun run/walk for kids ages 4 and younger.

• The Munchkin Mile & Toto’s Toddler Trot Fun Run/Walk will begin and end near the Chittenango Fire Barn.

• The first 100 registrants will receive a specially designed OZ-some Fun Run
  t-shirt!

• All kids completing the Munchkin Mile & Toto’s Toddler Trot will receive a fun run “Finisher” ribbon & a free ride ticket for an amusement ride!

• All kids will be given a bib number to wear, though the race will not be timed.

• Volunteers will be positioned along the route.

• Police will be at major road crossings.

• There will be a lead volunteer and a follow vehicle.

• Porta-potties will be available on festival grounds.

• Water & snacks will be available at the end of run.

• In-line skates, headsets, strollers, bicycles, and pets are strictly prohibited.

Registration and Race Day Information

Pre-registration must be postmarked by May 17th at a fee of $12.

Late registration or day of will be $15.

Directions to Chittenango & Munchkin Mile Kids’ Fun Run/Walk

From the East: Take the New York State Thruway West to Exit 34. Turn left at the stoplight onto Peterboro St. (Also known as Route 13.) Then continue for 2 more stoplights. Pass under the railroad bridge. At the third stoplight turn right on to Route 5. Follow for 8 miles to Chittenango. Then follow the signs to OZ-stravaganza!

From the West: Take the New York State Thruway East to Exit 34. Follow the directions above.

From the North: Take 81 South to the New York State Thruway East to Exit 34. Follow the directions above.

From the South: Take 81 North to the New York State Thruway East to Exit 34. Follow the directions above.
