CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS

Term—The All Things OZ Photo Competition begins Wednesday June 1, 2022 and closes at 11:59 p.m. on Friday July 15, 2022 EST. All Things Oz Museum will notify winners by Thursday, August 15, 2022.

Entering—All photos are to be submitted by email to pho-tos@allthingsoz.org. To avoid uploading delays, do not wait until the final days of the contest to enter.

Eligibility—This contest is open to all photographers except volunteers and Board Members and their immediate families of All Things Oz Museum.

Image Editing Guidelines—Before submitting your entries, please ensure all photographs follow these image specifications - .jpg or .jpeg format in Adobe RGM with no borders, watermarks or signatures allowed.

Rights of Others—Entrants submissions must not infringe of the rights of any other photographer or person. Entries will not be accepted that willful-ly depict harassment, damage or unsafe environmental issues.

Image Rights—Entrants retain ownership and all other rights to submitted photographs subject to the following:

By entering the All Things Oz Museum photo contest, each Entrant grants the Museum a non-exclusive, irrevocable license to reproduce, publish and display submitted images and copies thereof in all media formats.

This includes:
• Display in the Museum.

• • • Inclusion in printed format for sale by the Museum.

    • Inclusion in the Museums website.

    • Inclusion in promotional, press and marketing related Materials.
