WELCOME TO CHITTENANGO'S OZ-STRAVAGANZA!
Dear Residents, Friends, and Fellow Ozians,
Welcome to the 49th Annual Oz-Stravaganza in the Village of Chittenango, the birthplace of L. Frank Baum, the author who gave the world The Wonderful Wizard of Oz!
As your mayor, it is my great honor and genuine delight to extend the warmest possible welcome to everyone joining us this year for the magical festivities from June 5 through June 7, 2026. Whether you are a lifelong resident who has watched this celebration grow over the decades, a returning visitor who makes the journey to our yellow brick streets each year, or a first time guest discovering the enchantment of Chittenango for the very first time you are truly home here in the heart of Oz country.
There’s no place like Chittenango and there’s no festival quite like Oz-Stravaganza!
See you over the rainbow,
Louis Cianfrocco, Mayor, Village of Chittenango
